The CpipJ1.1 gene set was released in January 2008. It is derived from the Culex pipiens CpipJ1 assembly. The gene set corresponds to the near final release of the Culex annotation prior to paper writing. This set was submitted to GenBank and hosted at VectorBase (until May 2008).
