AnoXcel is a database of the conceptually translated proteome of Anopheles gambiae developed by Dr. Jose Ribeiro (NIAID). The products of the Ensembl predicted gene models are used to run a large set of similarity searches and calculations in order to determine various properties such as gene, function, molecular and physiochemical properties, etc. You may query the database using gene ID, protein ID, protein keywords, or GO terms.
