On most VectorBase web pages, hovering your mouse cursor over a link (or other clickable element) will bring up a short tooltip. For more information, you can then click the "More info" link in the lower left corner of that tooltip. (If the tooltip is not appearing for you, make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser.
