Paired-end RNA sequencing of Malpighian tubules of blood fed (3, 12 and 24 h after blood feeding) and non blood fed female Aedes albopictus to study molecular and functional insights into the Malpighian tubules after blood meal.
The association of transcripts with polyribosomes (polysomes) in actively translating Anopheles gambiae. Midguts dissected 22-26 hours post blood meals was used.
Ixodes scapularis ISE6 cells infected with Anaplasma phagocytophilum human NY18 isolate and uninfected (control) were sequenced for comparison. Cultured cells were sampled at 7 days post-infection to calculated percentage of cells infected with A. phagocytophilum
Anopheles gambiae isofemale families from Tororo, Uganda. Isofemale families resistant to lambda-cyhalothrin (1.5hr exposure) were compared to susceptible families.
Male and female in Anopheles stephensi transcriptomes to investigate sex-biased gene chromosomal distribution patterns.

Dynamics of diapause induction in non-blood-fed and blood-fed Aedes albopictus. Female mosquitoes were reared in short-day diapause-inducing conditions, and long-day non-diapause inducing conditions and either blood-fed or non-blood-fed.
Aedes albopictus reared under diapause-inducing, short-day (8h dark/16h light) or non-diapause-inducing, long-day (16h light/8h dark) at at 11, 21 and 40 days post-oviposition.
Antennal chemosensory gene regulation in Culex quinquefasciatus after blood feeding.
An. coluzzii after 6 hours of exposure to saltwater/freshwater.
An. merus after 6 hours of exposure to saltwater/freshwater.
Transcriptome of the carcass (whole body without midgut) of the Aedes albopictus with dengue virus infection.
Transcriptome of the midgut of Aedes albopictus with dengue virus infection.
Transcriptome of An. coluzzii larvae in response to gradients of salinity.
Transcriptome of An. merus larvae in response to gradients of salinity.
Gut epithelial transcriptional response to changing microbiota load and blood feeding in Anopheles coluzzii
Blood meal induced transcriptional responses in the Anopheles sinensis antenna.
The evolutionary aspects of sex-biased genes of Anopheles arabiensis in carcass and reproductive tissues.
The evolutionary aspects of sex-biased genes of Anopheles minimus in carcass and reproductive tissues.
Transcriptome of pesticide resisatant & susceptible strains of Cimex lectularius. The pesticide resistant strains had mutations in V419L and L925I, not observed in the susceptible strains.
