Use microarray and RNAseq data to investigate transcript expression and, mass spectrometry data for protein expression; data can be visualized as tracks in the genome browser. The Expression Browser uses a common pipeline to analyze experiments from different studies to detect transcript differential expression. Your own data or data from GenBank and other databases, can be analyzed using Galaxy.
