Sequenced genomes available in VectorBase

  • The tick Ixodes scapularis has one genome with assembly and gene set (Gulia-Nuss et al. 2016), and a newly sequenced one with just an assembly (Nuss et al. 2018).
  • The mite Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis has one assembly and gene set (Rider et al 2015).

Other data types available in VectorBase

  • Ixodes scapularis has two experiments showing differential expression and two transcriptomes, a proteome, population biology and variation (SNP and INDEL calls) data. Additionally, there are also four in vivo transcriptomes from Ix. ricinus.
  • Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis has one transcriptome.
