Sequenced genomes available in VectorBase

  • These two sandflies, Lutzomyia longipalpis and Phlebotomus papatasi, each have one genome strain sequenced (unpublished data).

Other data types available in VectorBase

  • Phlebotomus papatasi and Lutzomyia longipalpis have nine and eight experiments, respectively, per transcriptome. Phlebotomus papatasi also has population biology data.
