Find and visualize population biology (popbio) data from lab and field samples, including population abundance, insecticide resistance (phenotypes and/or genotypes) and pathogen infection status. New data types to be added next will be blood meal source identification and DNA barcodes; let us know any other biology, ecology or behavior trait that you wish will be added. Tools to query and browse popbio data include the Sample Explorer, the Genome Browser and the PopBio map, this last one under constant development.
